adesso AG has signed a partnership agreement with Backbase, the Amsterdam-based software vendor focussed on designing portal solutions specifically for banks. It gives financials the opportunity to create interactions that link customers to the relevant information and applications that suit their needs and preferences. With its modern, widget-based architecture Backbase Bank 2.0 Portal provides the flexibility and speed necessary to create next-generation portals that truly empower the customer.
Backbase brings its critically acclaimed portal solution to the new partnership, while adesso contributes its extensive experience and its expertise in managing front-end projects for banks. In the future adesso will be Backbase’s preferred partner in the German-speaking region. In addition to its consultancy services and development of custom-tailored software, adesso will now be able to offer its clients from the financial services industry a truly innovative industry specific portal solution.
adesso and Backbase have had previous success working together for the Swiss-based bank Postfinance: adesso implemented their mobile portal and supported the implementation of Bacbase. In the future this will allow Postfinance to deliver high-performance customer engagement solutions across all channels, and the ability to continue to evolve towards the the next generation of bank portals.
